Our baked goods are safe at room temperature (under about 75 degrees Fahrenheit). We still recommend refrigeration, with the exception of cookies, to maintain optimal freshness and safety, at any temperature, if you wait more than 4 hours to eat your pastries after delivery. Store all items in the container they come in, with the lid on, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, wrap in at least 2 layers of cling wrap and freeze for up to a month. Cinnamon Rolls: When you’re ready to dig into a warm cinnamon roll, heat it in the microwave for 12 – 18 seconds (mini) and 15 - 23 seconds (large). Buttermilk Cakes: Enjoy your mini buttermilk cakes, cakes bites, and/or cupcakes slightly cold or at room temperature. Remove cake bites and cupcakes from the refrigerator 15 - 30 minutes before eating. Remove celebration cakes from the refrigerator 30 - 60 minutes before eating. Cookies: Cookies can always remain at room temperature, individually wrapped or in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For longer storage, wrap cookies in 2 layers of cling wrap and freeze for up to a month. FOR A “FRESH-FROM-THE-OVEN” COOKIE EXPERIENCE: Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Bake your cookie(s) on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 3 minutes.
